How to order your custom portrait?

1. Contact Us and do not forget to specify the size of custom portrait you want to commission.
2. Mail your photograph to our contact address.
3. As soon as confirmation of your payment has been received by us, we commence the portrait.
4. When your custom portrait has been almost completed, ArtVanGogh will send you a digital photo of the art work (if you have specified an e-mail address). We will start shipping your portrait when you inform us of your acceptance of your custom portrait.
5. Please read our return/refund policy with regard to custom portraits before placing an order with ArtVanGogh.
