How to orderOrdering a painting from ArtVanGogh is simple.
Please note: our shopping cart uses temporary (session) cookies to hold information while you make your selections. If this does not work for you, you can contact us via email to place an order. Other Sizes.ArtVanGogh can provide its fine art reproductions in sizes other than the standard size shown in our online shop. Just contact us with the Stock Code of the painting (as shown on the painting's detail page, e.g. #GOG1128) and we will send you an obligation free quote for the size you require. Every painting's detail page has a shortcut for this service (Example). CopyrightArtVanGogh can provide reproductions of original artwork where the artist has deceased at least 50 years ago. If a customer can provide written proof that they have approval of the copyright holder for a reproduction then ArtVanGogh can of course deliver. ArtVanGogh produces very high quality reproduction paintings but does not condone misrepresentation of its products being anything else than reproductions. FrameArtVanGogh only ships unframed reproduction oil paintings. Framed artwork is extremely susceptible to damage and would increase our (and your) transportation cost tremendously. Moreover, a frame will both have to accomplish the artwork as well as the environment in which it is displayed. This is probably better achieved when you consult your local framing specialist. This privacy policy is subject to change Delivery TimeThe painting of your order will commence upon receipt of your payment. Depending on the level of complication and detail it will take between 4 and 6 weeks for your painting to be completed. Shipping will take approximately another week, depending on destination. Shipping ChargesShipping to destinations in Australia and New Zealand is free. For other countries, we have a fixed fee of A$27.50 per painting We offer free shipping for orders over A$1,000 to any destination. Returns/Refunds PolicyArtVanGogh Gallery strives to meet its our customers’ expectations, but in case you are not fully satisfied with your reproduction oil painting ArtVanGogh Gallery offers a no-questions-asked 15-day full refund of the purchase price.
